In October 2024, the owner transferred this Surfers Paradise apartment from another agency to Hostrelax. With sweeping ocean views and a beachfront location, the property offered a compelling holiday experience. Our focus was to showcase those strengths and support them with consistent care for every stay.

We optimised the listing photography to put the apartment’s 180° ocean views front and centre, and added four new booking channels to reach more potential guests. A dedicated cleaner was assigned to the property to support consistent presentation. We also introduced a coffee machine, with capsules replenished for every stay—a thoughtful extra to help guests feel at home.
